Day 1 - Bootstrapping

Welcome to my project where, over the course of time, I plan to compile a living record of my own ambitions toward achieving mastery over my health, both in body and in mind. My hope is that the information will be a tool for both myself and others who wish to improve themselves. 

Topics I plan to cover with this project will range from discussions on health science, fitness, bio-hacking and neo-humanism, to areas of mindfulness and productivity. These are topics which fascinate me. It is my hope that I will gain better insights and knowledge of these topics through sharing.

Another major component of this project is accountability. It is my belief that broadcasting my efforts will encourage me to stick with goals. On that, my first effort will be a simple yet difficult challenge. For the next 28 days I plan to avoid refined sugar in all ways and shapes. I have done this once in my life, and truly, it was very impactful in a positive way, despite being incredibly challenging. So here we go...

Also, I would like to add that these posts will be brief in order to fit them into my already busy schedule. Over time I plan to include more articles, infographics, and tools that will help others.
